About the Job

We are looking for a well organised, pro-active administrator / sales support executive who has the ability to work under intense pressure and multi task. 


We need someone who is extremely organised with good time management skills and experience in Excel and Microsoft Outlook is essential. Must have experience in working in a fast paced environment and working to tight deadlines. This person will have worked in an administrative role before and is capable of being flexible in their role.

We are a leading business to business Telecommunications company servicing all aspects of communication requirements.

 

 

ROLE:

Working largely behind-the-scenes the role will require the sales support executive will support all aspects of the business and is a varied role in a lively office. The role will involve all elements of administration and providing support to your Line Manager, Customer Account Managers & Directors in their roles.


As Sales Support Executive you will be expected to process new sales leads through to implementation and managing correspondence between the Sales team and Clients. Attention to detail is imperative to ensure the smooth transfer of customers onto the Redsquid base coupled with accurately updating information onto a CRM system.

 

 

KEY ACTIVITIES for Sales Support Executive:

 

Booking and confirming appointments in outlook by utilising internet resources to identify the distance between appointments and grouping them geographically

 

Performing administrative duties


Supporting team members and management in their roles


Processing contracts by following protocols


Analysing data thoroughly


Liaising with customers


Maintaining and updating customer records via CRM database


Liaising with the different networks to process Orders


Ordering equipment and building good relationships with suppliers


Managing incoming and outgoing post


Answering the phone
