Retail Technical Specialist / Repair Executive - Flagship Store, for major corporate organisation.


The successful candidate will have previous Mobile Phone Repair experience, with first class customer facing skills.


We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Phone Repair Centre Executive for our client, who are opening a chain of mobile repair centres across the country as an extension on their existing and extremely successful business. Our client is already established in the UK and Internationally.


The Mobile Phone Repair Centre Engineer role is an extremely exciting opportunity with fantastic career progression. For the role of Mobile Phone Repair Centre Engineer not only are we looking for someone with excellent experience of Mobile Phone Repairs experience, we also need someone with first class customer facing skills, who is organised, out going and friendly, with a genuine passion and interest in technology and keen to progress their career. Mobile Phone Repair experience required - preferably with manufacturer accreditation (Apple, Microsoft etc)


Ideally we are looking for someone who has had experience within a similar role, working for one of the major Mobile Phone retailers or Network Operator repairers.


Their will be the opportunity to travel to Europe to complete certain training courses (2-3 days), which will be fully expensed.


Our client recognise that Mobile Phones are an integral part of everyday life. The Mobile Phone Repair Centre is all about keeping the customer's own phone working and with them (same day repair service). All repairs should be done as quickly as possible and customers should always be kept updated of progress.




Support manager on: opening and locking up, cashing up and banking


Stock management: receiving and booking out stock (parts, customer phones etc)


Performing repairs within SLA’s


Assessing claims for malicious damage and feeding back to head office


Dealing with complaints


Selling additional products and services including data backup and accessories


Serving customers using Phone Service Centre brand guidelines


Responding to customer queries via phone, email and social media


Ensuring clean and tidy appearance of shop is maintained
