The successful candidate for the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager role will be working with some of the largest brand names in the UK as well as Network Operators. The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for motivating, coaching, training and driving sales of our clients insurance products through their clients retail stores, call centres etc, as previously mentioned these clients include major UK brand names and Network Operators. This is an amazing opportunity not to be missed.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (for Regional Sales & Marketing Manager)

Our ideal candidate for the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager role will have an excellent knowledge and understanding for the Mobile Phone Industry possibly at Retail Level and/or within a call centre environment. You will need to be an experienced people manager with an array of coaching skills including the ability to draw on peoples strengths whilst identifying and working positively on their weaknesses.

With strong influencing skills and the ability to coach, motivate, develop and maximise people potential. You will need the ability to distil, assimilate and make strategic decisions based on the findings of reporting data and Field activity.

Ability to effectively communicate knowledge and experience to a team in a passionate and engaging manner.

Demonstrates unlimited desire for success, and consistently achieving results beyond targeted metrics, always looking for the ‘next step change’ in performance

Interpersonal and communication skills in building effective relationships with Clients and Colleagues

In depth retail management knowledge and experience within a Technology based sales and service environment such as Mobile Communications

Possesses an aptitude for computing, conversant with various new technologies and software applications including MS Office

The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager must have Flexible working approach with the ability to adapt and react to the changing landscape and barriers of Field Sales Support strategy and objectives
