Mobile Phone - Repair Centre Manager - for Flagship store in West End LONDON.

We are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Phone Repair Centre Manager for our client, who are opening a chain of mobile repair centres across the country as an extension on their existing and extremely successful business. Our client is already established in the UK and Internationally.

For the role of Mobile Phone Repair Centre Manager not only are we looking for someone with excellent expereince of Mobile Phone Repairs, we also need someone with first class customer facing skills, who is organised, out going and friendly, with a genuine passion and interest in technology and keen to progress their career.

The successful candidate will have previous managent expereince and as stated above Mobile Phone Repair expereince - preferrably with manufacturer accreditation (Apple, Microsoft etc)

Ideally we are looking for someone who has had experience within a similar role, working for one of the major Mobile Phone retailers or Network Operator repairers.

Their will be the opportunity to travel to Europe to complete certain training courses (2-3 days), which will be fully expensed.

Our client regocnise that Mobile Phones are an integral part of everyday life. The Mobile Phone Repair Centre is all about keeping the customer's own phone working and with them (same day repair service). All repairs should be done as quickly as possible and customers should always be kept updated of progress.



Responsible for the day to day running of the Mobile Phones Repair Centre, opening and locking up, cashing up, banking etc.

Ensuring customer expereince is kept to the highest of standard and shop performance mystery shops

Stock Management - including Phone Parts, Customer Handset sent to 3rd party repairers and ordering refurbished handsets

Staff Management - managing KPI's, coaching and 121's

Performing repairs within specific SLA's

Assessing claims for malicious damage and feeding back to head office

Dealing with complaints

Selling additional products and services including data backup, accessories etc.

Extra revenuegeneration: forming relationships with nearby businesses and organisations in order to provide referral business for repairs eg Mobile Phone shops who do not provide a 'same day repair service'

Weekly management reports provided to Head Office

Managing and maintaining social media contact with customers (directive given from H/O)
