Customer Service Executive: A Customer Service Executive is required to join a leading business to business Telecommunications company in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, that has over 20 years experience servicing all aspects of communication requirements.  Working in a lively fast paced office the Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for corporate customer accounts.

As the Customer Service Executive you will have a proven track record in customer service, possess strong organisational and time management skills and enjoy working in a strong team led environment. Any experience in the Telecommunications field, whilst not essential, would be a distinct advantage.

The Customer Service Executive will be handling telephone and email queries, working within a team of 6 Account Managers to ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to build relationships with customers and complete all general administration.
