Corporate Account Executive: An experienced Account Executive / Account Manager is required to join a leading Business to Business (B2B) Telecommunications company in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.

The successful Corporate Account Executive / Account Manager will have a proven track record in customer service, possess strong organisational and time management skills and enjoy working in a strong team led Account retention environment involving upselling and customer renewals.

Due to continued growth, a new Account Executive / Account Manager is required to further progress the telecoms company which has been established for over 6 years. Working in a lively fast paced office, the Customer Account Executive will be looking after Corporate and SME accounts and ensuring that clients remain satisfied at all times.

Working within a team of 6 Account Executives / Account Managers , the successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. They will also be expected to build relationships with customers and complete all general administration.

Skills/Experience Required for Account Executive / Account Manager:

-          The candidate will have proven experience in developing Accounts increasing revenue and portfolios from existing Accounts and be able to demonstrate from past experience a structural that proved successful and gained results

 

-          Regular liaising with existing Accounts to identify new business opportunities

 

-          Experience in providing the highest standard of Customer Service (ideally Business to Business)

-          Telecoms experience preferred

 

-          A committed team player

 

-          Listening to and resolving customer issues and queries

 

-          Fast learner, works with accuracy and attention to detail

-          Strong communication/interpersonal skills

-          Self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic

-          Professional telephone manner
