Our client are a market leader providing complete communication solutions to both Corporate and SME Businesses and are one of the largest Vodafone Partners in the UK with offices UK wide. Due to expansion, they have created a new role within the organisation for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the running of the new office in Manchester. We are looking for someone that can not ony lead by example by hitting and over-achieving sales targets, but also someone that can manage the small existing team of BDE's and build that team. 


Working from the new offices in Manchester and reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for achieving business objectives through the successful leadership of your team. The Business Development Executives objectives are to gain, retain and develop accounts through the introduction of multiple products into new customer and their existing customer portfolio, whilst meeting and exceeding aggressive churn and customer satisfaction targets.   An integral part of your role will be to accompany Business Development Executives on customer visits, to assist with personal development and to maintain and strengthen good customer relations.   

You will be collating and preparing a variety of sales reports, as well as ensuring all targets and KPIs are achieved by your team.  To be considered for this challenging but highly rewarding role, you must be an experienced and confident Sales Manager with a demonstrable track record of managing a successful team.  It is essential that you have gained at least two years experience within the mobile industry.  Knowledge of the fixed line industry would be advantageous. In return, we offer a highly competitive basic salary, BMW Company Car, Fuel Card, Blackberry and Laptop as well as uncapped commission. 

Salary Range: 
£35k+ OTE £70k + Car + Benefits
