Our client is independently owned and the UK’s largest provider of mobile managed

services. It is also a major provider of complex converged Telecoms and IT managed service solutions to the SoHo, SME, Corporate and Public Sectors. 

The core business with our client is people. We’re delivering new technologies and smarter ways of working to our customers and we need Business Development Executives who can communicate and drive sales throughout the UK in line with our short and mid-term company goals.

You will have at least three solid and successful years’ experience in Sales or Business Development and will have a proven track record at over-achieving in each of your former roles; you will be at a stage in your career when you’re ready to take the next step into a leading Sales role for a forward-thinking business. This is no ordinary role; you will have a key position within an established team at a well

respected brand and as such we’re looking for a tenacious, passionate, results-driven winner. You will be a natural influencer who has an instinctive grasp of your market and the ability to turn this into successful results.


We believe that developing people is a key factor to our success and experience within telecoms is not essential. You will be fully supported from the very beginning and provided with training to understand the products and services we provide to our customers. We are currently recruiting positions in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Sunderland and Glasgow. You will be able to hit the ground running so we’re looking for someone to come in and make an impact, adding value and acting with integrity across the business and to our customers.


General Responsibilities:

Selling our portfolio of mobile, unified, fixed and IT managed services to customers, by proposing intelligent use of converged technologies to enable them to operate more efficiently and effectively. Understanding our customers specific business needs and demonstrating in-depth industry and market knowledge that successfully promotes the sale of the suite of solutions and services. Promoting our clients capability, operational excellence and unparalleled customer service through a variety of methods to ensure that you exceed monthly and annual targets. Generating enthusiastic support for the goals of the business by using energy and expertise to influence customers and your colleagues effectively. Working and performing in-line with the business core values.


Candidate Profile:


  • A minimum of three to five years experience hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Tenacious, competitive, focussed, driven and polished
  • Career focussed and interested in their own self development
  • Outstanding numeric and literary capabilities.

Salary Range: 
£20-25k OTE £50k + Company Car (BMW/Audi)
