Reward: Better that any other comission structure within the industy. £24-30k basic + BEST COMMISSION IN THE MARKET - 30% of GP with no threshold. Plus an accelerator to 35% if 10k+ GP. Also 15% commission paid on all re-signs, which will be account managed by yourself but mainly the desk based AM team. Earnings for signing £7k per mth (Basic+£2100). This role offers massive rewards + with the opp and funding to offering clients lots of corporate entertainment. We are looking for people with a background in mobile, but fixed line would be a bonus. No fixed target + amazing environment.

Our client is looking to strengthen their existing team with the recruitment of two Business Development Managers with an established B"B track record in the Telecoms / Mobile sector.

This is an amaing opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitous Busiess Dvelopment Manager to join a team within one of the most dynamic sectors in the B2B world.

The main focus of the position of Business Development Manager is the sourcing of new business opportunities via referrals, networking, canvassing etc - our client client believes corporate entertainiment is vital and will provide excellent funds for exactly this purpose.

As an expereinced Business Development Manager you will be expected to take an active role in looking after your portfolio of clients and developing the accounts for cross-selling opportunities. After-sales / client care should should very high on your agenda.

The ideal candidate for this Business Development role will:

Have considerable expereince working as a Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive within the Mobile Phone / Telecommunication Industry.

Be an exceptionally driven individual who thrives on success

Have the ability to personally develop and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring a great customer expereince.
