Our client is one of the most recognised and respected names within the Mobile Phone Industry and they are currently looking to employ an Area Manager for their Mobile Phone Franchise Store's. A long established forward thinking company providing a market leading partner programme throughtout the UK. Due to continued success, growth and expansion we now have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Franchise Area Manager to join the team.

Our client is a senior retail & business partner with all UK networks offering a unique partner expereince with best in class partner support. This is a very exciting time to join their expanding team. 

The role of Area Manager / Retail Induction Mentor will be to provide support and guidance to new Retail Partners, primarily during their first week of a new store opening. The successful candidate will Provide sales, customer service and process support in newly opened Partner Retail stores. You will also Identify training and development needs within the Partner Retail stores through regular visits and contact, Helping Retail Partners to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. You will need to ensure that training & development programme initiatives are consistent across the retail base and monitor and review the progress of partners and trainees through questionnaires and discussions with Store Managers and Partner Principles. Other keys areas will be evaluating training and development programmes,     conducting roaming troubleshooting across the retail base and Assisting with creating “Stores of Excellence” within the Retail Group.

The role of Franchise Area Manager will require someone highly expereinced within the Mobile Phone Industry, having previously worked and been highly successful in a similar role. With the ability to train, coach, inspire and motivate. 

The Franchise Area Manager role requires a driven individual that is a self-starter, driven & motivated and ultimately you must be a dynamic achiever with a proven track record of success.

Ideally we are looking for someone to be based North of the Midlands, however location is flexible for someone that is happy to travel. Our client is continually adding news stores to their retail estate so this will be a very demanding, exciting and rewardign role.
